- The paper gives a general overview of electronic information resources and highlights the advantages of providing access to the electronic resources to the users of the higher education system and made some suggestions for its best use. The author indicates that the electronic documents can be stored, accessed, and delivered as and when required, therefore the information services are not confined within the walls but are integrated into local, regional, national, international networks.
