- Computer science and the telecommunications are developing what is called “society of the information”. We don’t want to make a social analysis but we like to introduce reflections necessaries for all the professionals of the information. The importance of the value that the information has forces to us to reflects about which is the new paper of the libraries, centers of documentation and archives. Paper will be centered in the public libraries.
