- The objective of the text is to present the arguments by which it is considered that the movie “Inside Out” contains several elements that are directly related to Archival, being the identified aspects: the memory / the archive; archival organization; the Archivists; the loan / consultation; the search and compilation of information and the documentary disposal. Each of these aspects has a relevant function within the plot that is recounted, which for most people, as they are not familiar with Archival Science, go somewhat unnoticed; Therefore, the text focuses on analyzing each of the referred aspects to support the argument that this film deserves to be considered by the archival guild as emblematic regarding the profession and its practice.
