- In this dossier, dedicated to Information Metric Studies (EMI), Ibero-American specialists have been summoned in order to gather different contributions and views in this deeply dynamic field of research with particular characteristics in terms of the transversality of its contributions to all knowledge areas. Despite being a domain in which authors from different formations usually collaborate and where their methods and techniques are usually applied (or appropriate) from multiple disciplines, it constitutes in itself a perfectly delimited space from its theoretical conception and methodological framework.
