- This business plan illustrates the AEPIC project: it is a model for electronic publishing’s documents produced by universities and research centers. The aims are: analysis of actual technology, business dealings about electronic publishing and moreover how to build an innovative service for universities and research institutes. The AEPIC intends to join on one hand the technical and scientific competences of CILEA and on the other hand to know the new needs of academic environment. Furthermore, this project deals with new roles about e-publishing for libraries.
