- In the digitalizing world, there are transformations in all areas from lifestyles, ways of doing business, education methods and ways of providing information. The data generated by the digitalization of public transactions are created and / or integrated in various data pools in various regions of the world with the view that they can contribute to research processes. On the other hand, it is known that libraries, archives and museums have developed joint ventures and developed joint projects in order to achieve more productive results in research processes by integrating their data on the same platform. In this study, firstly the reasons of the mentioned joint ventures are explained and examples are given. Finally, after the transformation and the reflection of the transformations observed in the archives to the services are examined with the digitalization, evaluations are made about the digital services developed by the national archiving institutions in the world and their features. In the course of this study, information is given about the status of common platforms developed under the leadership of memory institutions and their reflections on research processes. After assessed the status of ongoing archive services in Turkey, the mentioned services are being made to include proposals for improving the integration of national and international platforms.
