- Undoubtedly, one of the most important stars in the world of information centers is children's libraries. In terms of its purpose, operation, practices and target audience, some of its existence are school libraries, and children's libraries that companion with other public libraries are subject of many subjective and special aspects in information centers. When it comes to our country, it should be added to this list to say that it is the type of information center whose importance and value has been noticed a little late, but which has been the most emphasized recently. The necessity to meet user expectations, which are among the universal realities of the new millennium, makes children's libraries even more valuable today.
