- The publication pattern of the PUCP Archeology Bulletin during its 21 years of survival (1997-2017) is described. In the period studied there were 354 articles produced by 396 different authors that on average produce 1.12 articles per author. The published literature grows linearly at a rate of 16,357 articles per year. Lotka’s law adequately predicts this productivity of the authors, but the authors’ collaboration rate is low, meaning that in general they are solitary researchers. It was found that just over half of the collaborations published by this Bulletin come from researchers linked to universities and / or national entities. The other half comes from collaborations of authors linked to foreign universities and institutions. In general, the co-authors network of this Bulletin is composed of 276 vertices that have 437 edges. The network is quite disconnected and scatters where only 1.27% of possible links or interactions between authors are present. Each author on average shows links with 3 other authors.
