- In Ukraine the inclusive literature gains more and more topicality and dynamic development, including editions, made specifically for people with special studying needs, like books with Braille. Only according to the magazine “Lancet” there are 36 million blind people in the world and this amount can go up to 115 million till 2050”. In the last ten years the society made huge step in help for blind people. The big contribution in development of new informational technologies in this profile was made by the scientists from Canada, Deutschland, USA, France, Sweden, Japan. The novelty of research is in implementation of new tehnologies for processing and giving informational content in processes of teaching people with visual impairments.
