selection of libraries and the lie discovered in the works and some collections in which the power of
selection is unable to act through complex institutional determinations; there is the question of
discursive construction of norms of the cooperative works, a tradition of the
librarianship, both for digital repositories, and for the Digital Library of Theses and
Dissertations; there is the question of discourse ethics in all informational work and finally
communicative competence as one of the skills
