- The present document is an extract of the thesis of degree to qualify for the degree of Documentalist Librarian of the Metropolitan Technological University, giving account of its total results, the design of an information literacy program for students of the career of Management Engineering is presented Agroindustrial of the Metropolitan Technological University. Based on the above, this exploratory-descriptive research is proposed, on the one hand, to determine, according to the SCONUL model, the informational competencies declared by the second and third year students of the Engineering in Agroindustrial Administration of the Faculty of Administration and Economics of the Metropolitan Technological University and, on the other hand, design a training program in informational competitions.
