- Scientific journals are currently the main means to socialize the results of investigative processes. The multimedia theme currently has a scientific production supported by hypertext and information and communication technologies. The objectives of the study are: 1) to identify the information needs of potential users to design a publication to socialize multimedia studies and 2) to design an electronic scientific journal to socialize the research results of the multimedia theme. To obtain results, methods and techniques are used at the theoretical and empirical levels. It identifies the information needs of potential users to design a scientific publication to socialize multimedia studies and designs an electronic journal focused on users as information.
