- Learning and using a foreign language in practice is becoming more and more important. Foreign language learning facilitates communication by eliminating national boundaries and cultural peculiarities and spreading human knowledge on a global scale. The NBU’s library staff is ambitious to develop the activities of the reading room "Foreign Languages" to a foreign language training center. The collaborative effort of the library and the Department of Contemporary and Applied Linguistics is aimed at enriching the type of services offered through the Reading Center and the Audiovisual Studio.
