- Social marketing of the database is a fairly new phenomenon in the scientific community. Does the product, that is bibliographical BazTech database, need community building around itself, the bond and permanent communication? The author of the following article is trying to answer these questions, as well as describing promotional activies of the BazTech’s makers. She is also describing the stages of the base promotion programme’s implementation via social networking site Facebook (planning posts in terms of the plot, form and frequency) and through traditional promotion tools, i.e. poster or other graphic forms.
