- Since the appearance of the Internet in 1969, a new form of communication and information has emerged that, together with advances in the technological revolution, have produced accelerated changes affecting the conditions of the global communication ecosystem. For example, people have modified the ways of communicating and relating, today they do so virtually rather than physically, as well as their capacity for reasoning and analysis is bombarded by the large amount of information stored on the network.
