- From LABIAR 2.0 propitiate a meeting, debate and reflection on the uses of social media and social web in practice, processes and library services in Argentina. In 2014 we propose the creation of a map and a bank of experiences where collecting practices that Argentine libraries do on the social web. The bank of experiences documented information from a survey aimed at different types of Argentine libraries. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire and collected experiences relate to the use of tools of the social web, they apply to internal or addressed to the user community in the form of products or services over the Internet level. The information is overturned, systematized, organized and disseminated on the blog LABIAR. the features of this tool as a publishing format used, creating an entry for each input received. the collected cases will be described, detailing how libraries use these tools. Finally, based on the lessons learned, a set of best practices for the efficient use of Social Media in libraries is proposed.
