- This paper seeks to present a general view of the presence or not of Colombian researchers in the main scientific networks and portals, which account for: who are having more relevance, how much need for training in scientific management have these researchers and what libraries should support in the framework of their Information Literacy training programs, in order to achieve best presence of researchers, and thus, achieve better visibility results that make possible in the short, medium and long term greater scientific and social impacts of their work.
