The purpose of this manual is to document and make known the methodology used for the documentary analysis in Clase and Periodica databases. It contains instructions for the registration of the information input to standardize and organize their collections and ensure quality control of information that enters the databases. Clase and Periódica are bibliographic databases specialized in Latin American journals produced by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
