- This work intends to design a comprenhesive chart of specific characteristics that contends a formal nature, informative and an ergonomic shape to design a website in university libraries and ensure the accessibility to the information. For this purpose, a survey about the literature that discusses the topic is carried out and produces a model that consider these selected characteristics. The findings reveal that it is posible to design a specific model of attributes, establishing what are those who best represent the quality of a university library in the web environment.
