The paper formulates concept "Service center of the University Library". It highlights activities of two new centers at the library of DNURT that cover services which today are mostly demanded by scientific community of the university. Meeting the needs of scientists by Service Center of Scientific Publications and Center of Information Analytics is an indication of a new evolution surge of library services.
