- Until 2010, we do not have information about the Argentine libraries that made use of the social media and what tools and services were using. In 2011 a survey was conducted to investigate that aspect, but focusing research in university libraries. This time, we seek to broaden the spectrum of research, a new survey incorporating other types of units information and meet other aspects related to the use, content and service delivery. From LABIAR 2.0 and from this work we seek create a space for meeting, debate and reflection on the uses that argentine libraries make the social media 2.0, both in their practices internally as services to its users.
