- This article takes a problem that currently still lacks definition, to determine the status of the Youth Club as a producer organization distributor of public communication. The purpose is to share insights regarding the actions of this organization, integrating essential processes, their role in promoting knowledge, to produce and distribute information, the system of relations with bodies and institutions in the town and the outline of the results in this endeavor, with the aim of demonstrating that the JCCE can be considered as a producer organization and distribution of public communication supported in the digital language.
