- Some problems of needs, awareness and motivation process and its role in the user behavior information services are analyzed. It is considered that knowledge of the factors system user behavior contributes to a more effective information services entity and those who make use of them because of their own organizational recursion of this interaction productive interaction. The structure of consciousness is considered as an element that is involved with the quality of user satisfaction of the entity.
