- Debates on ethic which are accepted as the important components of academic publishing evaluation process, are also placed among basic subjects of scientific research. Academicians’ degrees and tendencies of information related to ethic subject affect to research performance at individual, institutional, and national levels both positive and negative ways. In this research, it is aimed to measure both ethical perceptions and tendencies of academicians at Atatürk University .In conjunction with this goal, in this paper attitudes and awareness of academicians to the research ethics are determined and some findings of the research are debated.
