Although from the Second World War, the production of scientific literature increased significantly, since the last decades of the twentieth century the volume of information and the possibilities of exchange has acquired extraordinary proportions. This phenomenon is produced thanks to the development, firstly, of computer technology and later, interconnection systems culminating in the construction of the network of networks (Internet) and with a logical design and overall system link Document (Web).
