- Communication act is a complex phenomenon. We can establish infinite couples of communication : it is a lever of every day’s social life, engine of the development of a society, it is a solution to an uncomfortable situation... Thus, communication is aiming to determined objectives, mainly organisational communication. The efficiency of the communication requires one or more strategies. The SEDIAC model, Strategy of Elaboration and Diffusion of Communication Act, which is presented here, aims to remember the settings which might be considered within the organisation of communication and its efficiency.
