- Presents CGU’s context and principles for the development of an institutional repository based on DSpace software. Contains background and basic concepts related to the process of building the digital repository, such as: data, information, document, knowledge, metadata, tacit and explicit knowledge. Includes lists of documents and knowledge categories to be collected from CGU’s agencies. Presents basic concepts about author rights and intellectual property licenses; skills to be performed by repository staff; activity cycle related to content insertion and approval flows; outlines the process of constructing and developing repository infrastructure and organizational structure as well as attribution of responsibilities for decentralized participants and for the repository’s managerial unit.
