- The aim of this work is to study, from an empirical approach, the trajectory of the journal Perspectives in Psychology through the study of articles published in it since its launch. The analysis is based on the application of bibliometric method in all those contributions included within the categories of research and theoretical revision works. The analyzed indicators are the thematic profile of the publication and the characteristics of the authorship from the point of view of collaboration, origin discipline and institutional affiliation. Finally, this work studies the rank of visibility that owns this journal within a collection of national journals belonging to psychology
