- The paper refers results of a study regarding the experiences, the satisfaction with the content of the program and the careers of alumni of the study program "Master in Library and Information Science" (MALIS) at Cologne University of Applied Sciences, Germany. Specially alumni of the cohorts having started the program in the years 2002 until 2009 have been under focus. The lessons learned have influenced the further development of the program at Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
