- This conference analyzes the current state of records management in relation to the needs faced today. This state is analyzed from four factors: society, organizations, technology, and the profession, and within the last factor five variables are considered: the crisis of traditional records management, new opportunities in the framework of information governance, new developments in regulatory context, service models for records management, and the evolution of the professional profile.
