- This conference begins with CAICYT's history, presents the pioneering role in the use of technologies of this Institute in Argentine. Then the authoress considers about the concept of information infrastructures. Also she indicates that having changed their users also have changed the roles of the Information Centers where the services are completed and complement by a profile of Information Laboratory that produces data sources, methodologies, good practices and give facilities of access to digital platforms.
