  • Librarians think partisan political activism, it is difficult because our education is responsible for avoiding any possible association with a practice of such policy, be it, party or social. Almost indelibly promotes professional practice away from all participation. Even when we all recognize the undeniable social impact of libraries, books, culture, known or dissimulate its political dimension. Much of that involves the professional librarian. We need to rebuild and recover fellow librarians militancy -missing or survivors- social and professional commitment helps us to recover, in turn, the profession as a matter of social and political engagement with the story that we get the lot, to realize that we can not be spectators aseptic. And yet we -librarians- also be active participants and promote future professionals a change of attitude towards our historical time.
