- The introductory part of the essay addresses the potentials of statistical data on the background of statistical key data of the University and State Library Tyrol. Subsequently, the three most important collections of statistical data are described to which the University and State library Tyrol submits key figures once a year. This is followed by a description of the data collection carried out by the ULBT. The concluding part presents an outlook to further possibilities in the development of library statistics.
