- "Totality of information recorded in documents, and the perception of the professional of information: The case of the complex contextuality." Abstract: New alternatives of understanding, production of ideas and recent scientific and technological advances give us the possibility of change the static no creating practices in information and documental management. Our information sciences need a more open, creating approach to select individual, specific way of treatment that better adjusts to the needs in a concrete personal documental fund. Top-quality treatment in personal documental funds management requires a new philosophy of work and sense accesses. This challenging way generates some questions like: Who benefits whit this or that technological practice? Who harm or damage whit it? Is it the best we can do in each case? To whom is it the best? Is this a rational way or an ignore-people rationalization? Documental totalities of personal documental fund need a complex understanding and non linear creating treatment. In the archival treatment registration of the some person ́s papers by another person mental processes files and the same fund connections became dynamic complex totalities. This paper tries to generate reflection about how our social compromise makes us to find the best way to serve and respect our people and the person who wrote creating documents we handle with.
