- Examples of centralized management of licensed electronic resources have been described being in use for research and education in 22 countries. The subject of analyses were: responsible authorities, forms of organization, financing, licensing agreements, and terms and conditions of using the resources. Management tools such as database recording the titles of resources have also been analysed.
