- The new technologies are paving the way for new forms of people of be themselves, relate, mobilize, learn, and participate. In this context of change facilitated by ICT, we can say that the relationship of individuals with the media and information which has experienced a more significant change, in particular with the emergence of media like the Internet. Against the traditional role of the audience as a passive subject, as receiver of the message represented in the classical scheme of communication, digital media have allowed the receiver often occupy the place of the transmitter-able and share-issue content while playing its place as a consumer of media. This is the situation that gave rise to the concept of "prosumer" that has an important place in this article.
