- The dissertation is devoted definition of the basic characteristics of information-communication interaction as factor of development of regional library systems. Representation about information-communication interaction of libraries is developed. System vision of information-communication interaction in regional library systems is formulated. The basic channels, means, forms and levels of information-communication interaction of libraries and others participants the information environment of region are defined. The current state of information-communication interaction in regional library systems of Ukraine is analysed. The basic reserves of increase of management efficiency by information-communication interaction in regional library system are opened.
