- The history of the Tyrolean manuscript libraries and their disclosure (translation of the title). Much of the stock of private and ecclesiastical libraries in the Tyrol has changed hands in the last few centuries. Most collections became public property, some were lost. Nevertheless, today a remarkable number of Tyrolean manuscripts can be found at their original place of keeping (again), despite the changes in many libraries following the ecclesiopolitical developments of the 18th and 19th centuries. In spite of the manuscripts' richness and importance these treasures have been uncovered only partially so far. In order to facilitate the access to this rich source material, scholarly and systematic analysis in scientific projects is of high priority. The transfer of findings and results is provided continuously online. Furthermore this is also achieved by a printed version as a scientific catalogue of manuscripts.
