  • The quality of higher education has fallen on hard times in recent years as a result of various factors that have deteriorated, in this situation there is concern academic organizations, the academic community, professional associations, employers , society, state, national and international in improving the quality of higher education institutions. In assessing the quality of higher education is considered basically three dimensions: career management, training and service support for this training using models or standards like ISO, EFQM, Baldrige, CONEAU, etc., which will allow issuing value judgments about quality.
