  • The present study aimed to determine the satisfaction level of undergraduates UPAO, regarding the service provided by the Library. It is also directed to acknowledge their reading habits, the required library services and suggestions for service improvement. In nonusers, we sought to identify the reasons why do not usually go to the library and what would encourage them to attend. For this design we chose a descriptive and quantitative research, he selected the survey technique. A structured questionnaire based on the LibQUAL + TM model, ad hoc methodology and high reliability, developed for measuring service quality in university libraries was designed.
