- This presentation are the materials of a course. This course presented a process reengineering methodology focused on documents, data and other kind of evidences generated by a business process. Using the records series concept, this methodology allows user to improve document/data flow quality, convert it to only electronic records and automate the flow using ECM technology, and finally convert it to data-based evidence flow and automate it using an ERP or simply a database.
