- The advent of the knowledge society imposes a progressive demand for modernization of governments, from which it requires more transparency and effectiveness. This article summarizes the principles of a technological architecture for e-gov projects that promote transparency and effectiveness. That architecture founds initiatives such as the Innovation Portal, Portal SINAES and Plataforma Lattes. We discuss briefly its results and prospects.
