- This work aims to present a proposal as "Reflections and additional suggestions for the development of a postgraduate ICT for graduates of Library" in the context of the conference "Elvira Lerena" 5th through the platform EUBCA EVA. The text presents a brief review of the history of the professional practice of librarianship and the challenges of the Information Technology and Communication (ICT). Finally, some suggestions arise to guide content development for ICT for Postgraduate Degree in Library Science in the EUBCA institution.
