- AMIGA is an integral methodology for the determination and the dynamic satisfaction, of the needs for formation and information in the organizations and communities. The present work shows the results of the implementation of the first two phases (or processes) of this methodology in the Biomundi Consultancy. In the first stage: Ideas directives and organizational planning, the mission and vision are described, the principles and values, as well as the strategic targets of the organization, and the predominant psychological climate. In the second stage: Information system and communication of the organization with its environment, there identify the external publics, the typology of users and the information sources and technologies used according to the type of activity.
