- The integration of social web tools in the teaching and tearning processes has become common in higher education over the last decade. Instead, evaluation frameworks on the results it provides and the satisfaction of their users have evolved yet in a comparable manner. This paper describes the development of two faculty research projects in this field, and proposes that it is necessary to take into account the user's satisfaction regarding the processes of interaction with the platform.
