- Education is a right that makes the human condition, since it is constructed from the bond of belonging to society, to the word, tradition, language, ultimately to the transmission and Recreation culture, essential to human development, which, whoever does not receive or does not exercise this right loses the opportunity to belong to society and to the State to fully guarantee. The prison inmates education forms a highly complex scenario. Educational institutions operating in prisons they operate on a permanent stress field generated not only by the peculiarity of their students, but by a difficult operating context.
