- The aim of this thesis ́s master is to evaluate web platforms to propose an automated support to Technological Surveillance System of the BIOMUNDI Consultancy. It’s examined general aspects associated with technological surveillance activity, as: basic concepts, process steps and the importance of its practice in organizations. Also examined the state of the art for web platform oriented technological surveillance, and quality models for evaluating software, in particular those that measure the quality in web environment. It’s evaluated the basic features of the selected platforms based on multicriteria method, applied on BIOMUNDI Consultancy. It has been characterized the Hontza platform: an open source tool, based on the Spanish UNE 166002 EX, regulations for the management of the I+D+i. Finally, it’s provided the conclusions and recommendations of the thesis, and are attached data sheets for each of the platforms evaluated.
