- Analyzes the situation of Open Access (OA) Movement in Peru through Gold Road (articles and scientific journals), Green Road (Repositories) and Open Data. There are 69 scientific journals and 20 repositories in OA in the country. The report establishes that is urgently introduce OA on Library and Information Science education and indicates that Libraries must play a key role in this subject.
