- This project aims to evaluate the feasibility of the implantation of a corporate intranet in a construction company in the province of Granada: Constructora de Obras El Partal. The study is an analysis of the organization from the functional and informational points of view. As a result of this analysis it has been detected a set of needs that are critical to the organization. It also has been known the use made of the information from the various functional areas and departments. Finally it has been defined the profile of the users that depends on the ways they produce, use and share the information. We consider this information as a key point in order to present a model of intranet. All this has been achieved through an audit of the organization's overall information. The project includes a ratio of benefits the company will obtain with the implementation of the intranet. It also focus on improving communication, group cohesion, knowledge sharing , etc. with the goal of making the tasks and activities of everyday business more efficient process. In addition , it contains an economic viability plan to help the direction of the organization take the decision to implement the tool.
