- The user studies are a recent addition activity in the archives. This fact justifies that there are some theoretical and methodological gaps for implementation in these information centers. Therefore, this work discusses the importance of conducting user studies, the methodology for its implementation as well as matters related to the types and categories of users who come to the archives.
